Walk-ins for bank branches. Every visit with its real wait.
The walk-in waitlist and check-in app for bank and credit union branches. Customers scan your sign, pick teller, new account, loans, safe deposit, notary or card help, and get a smart pass with their place and a real wait for that visit. Bluefinch Community Bank is our demo branch, set up in Next. Every screen on this page is real. How Bluefinch Community Bank runs its walk-ins
The lunch hour. Four bankers, every customer with a place.
They pick why they came in.
The sign at the door has one QR code. Customers scan it and pick Teller, New Account, Loans, Safe Deposit, Notary or Card Help. Each visit shows its own real wait.
A quick deposit never shares one guess with a 40-minute loan meeting, so nobody has to ask the lobby greeter how long.

They wait anywhere.
The smart pass shows their place and a real wait, and it updates on its own. Customers run an errand or wait in the car.
When a banker is ready, the pass turns green and says so. It works in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and in ten languages.
You tap Notify when a banker is free.
The branch sees everyone waiting, what they came in for and how long they’ve waited. Tap Notify and their pass calls them up. Tap Serving when they sit down and Done when they leave.
Tellers and bankers mark themselves Here, On break or Off, and the waits follow.

You see the whole branch from your pocket.
Visits per day, average wait, walk-aways and your busiest hours, so you staff the lunch hour and Fridays right. Every visit type with its real average time.
After the visit, customers rate it. You see stars and comments for each banker.
The money
Texting walk-ins costs too much. So we don’t.
A busy branch sees 80 walk-ins a day. A texting app sends each one about three texts. At 3¢ a text, 26 days a month, that’s the bill before the app’s own plan. Next sends no texts: the smart pass does that job, with nothing per message and no number to give.
a year, at 80 walk-ins a day
a year for everything. $0 in texts, ever.
A texting app’s published US price of 3¢ a text, October 2026.
Built for how branches work
Everything a branch needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
A deposit, a new account and a loan meeting each carry their own minutes, so the wait is honest.
Customers never type a number to join. The smart pass does the job a text used to.
Each customer sees the pass in their own language, from Spanish and Chinese to Vietnamese and Tagalog.
Someone walks up without scanning? Add them with a tap.
Your sign, your banner and your colors on every pass.
Name your branch, add your visit types, print the sign. No tablet, no contract.
