HELLAGOOD NEXT

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to get it removed. Written for the shops that use HellaGood Next and for the people who join their lines.

If you joined a line

The shop uses HellaGood Next to run its line, and you joined on our page. We hold your place for that visit. Questions about how the shop uses your details go to the shop; questions about how we handle them come to us.

Who we are

HellaGood Next is based in California. Contact: hello@hellagoodnext.com.

What we collect

From shops and their teams

From guests

We do not ask guests for a phone number or an email.

Why we use it

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Service providers who help us run the product, only for that purpose: hosting and database providers, our email provider for sign-in codes and invitations, our payment processor, and the AI model provider behind Ask AI Help (which receives the question and the shop's setup, never a guest's details beyond a first name). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

A guest's visit stays with the shop for its reviews and reports. Shop data is deleted within 90 days of an account closing, unless the law says otherwise.

Your choices and rights

Guests can leave a line at any time from their own screen, and can ask us to remove what we hold by emailing us. Shops can edit their details in the app and ask us for a copy of what we hold.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we have about them, to ask for it to be deleted, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. To exercise these rights, email us; we will verify the request and respond within the time the law sets.

Cookies

A sign-in cookie so you stay signed in, and on a guest's phone a cookie that remembers their place so scanning the sign again brings them back to it. One more, from Google, tells us which of our ads brought a new shop to us. It measures that and nothing else: no remarketing, no ads that follow you around, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control is honored.

Security

Data travels encrypted. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read back. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.

Children

The service is for businesses and their customers, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so here and in the app before it takes effect.
