First cold snap. Four techs, every bay working.
They pick the job.
The sign at the counter has one QR code. Customers scan it with their camera and pick Flat Repair, Tire Rotation, New Tires, Alignment or Tire Inspection. Each job shows its own real wait.
A 30-minute flat repair and an hour-long new set never share one guess, so the counter stops answering “how long?” all day.

They wait anywhere.
The smart pass shows their place and a real wait, and it updates on its own. Plenty of customers grab lunch or run an errand down the street.
When a bay is ready, the pass turns green and says so. It works the same in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and in ten languages.
You tap Notify when a bay opens.
The counter sees every car waiting, what it’s in for and how long it’s waited. Tap Notify and their pass tells them to pull in. Tap Serving when the car is on the lift and Done when it’s back on the ground.
Techs mark themselves Here, On break or Off, and the waits follow. Someone walks in without scanning? Add them with a tap.

You see the whole shop from your pocket.
Cars served, average wait, walk-aways and your busiest hours, so you staff Saturday mornings right. Every job with its real average time.
After the visit, customers rate it. You see stars and comments for the shop.
The money
Texting walk-ins costs too much. So we don’t.
A busy tire shop sees 60 walk-ins a day. A texting app sends each one about three texts. At 3¢ a text, 26 days a month, that’s the bill before the app’s own plan. Next sends no texts: the smart pass does that job, with nothing per message and no number to give.
a year, at 60 walk-ins a day
a year for everything. $0 in texts, ever.
A texting app’s published US price of 3¢ a text, October 2026.
Built for how tire shops work
Everything a tire shop needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Flat repair, rotation, a new set and an alignment each carry their own minutes, so the wait is honest.
Someone walks up without scanning? Add them with a tap and call their name out loud as always.
Your sign, your banner and your colors on every pass.
Each customer sees the pass in their own language. Your shop’s words are translated too.
Run the wait from the counter computer or your own device. The same list everywhere.
Name your shop, add your services, print the sign. No tablet, no contract.
