Who it’s for · Nail salons
Walk-ins for nail salons. Every client with their tech.
The walk-in waitlist and check-in app for nail salons. Clients scan your sign, pick a manicure, pedicure or full set and their tech or next available, and get a smart pass with their place and a real wait. Each tech calls their own next client. Nobody has to leave a chair to work the front, and there are no texts to pay for.

Lavender Nail Lounge is our demo nail salon, set up in Next. Every screen on this page is real. How Lavender Nail Lounge runs its walk-ins
The weekend rush. Five techs, four in the chair.
They pick their service and their tech.
The sign at the front desk has one QR code. Clients scan it with their camera, pick Gel Manicure, Pedicure or Full Set, then pick Kim, Linh, Tina, Vivian, Jenny or next available. Each choice shows its own wait.
Regulars get their tech. Walk-ins get whoever is free first. A 75-minute full set and a 30-minute manicure each get their own real wait.

Everyone knows where they stand.
The smart pass shows their place and a real wait for that tech and that service, and it updates on its own. Nobody has to interrupt a manicure to ask how long.
They can relax in the salon or step out to shop next door. When their tech is ready, the pass turns green and says so. It works the same in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and in ten languages.
Each tech calls their own next client.
Nobody stands at the front managing a list. Clients sign themselves in. Calling the next one works the way your salon likes it: you or the front person call everyone, or each tech calls their own next client from their own device, without leaving the station.
Techs mark themselves Here, On break or Off, and the waits follow.

You see the whole salon from your pocket.
Who’s waiting for whom, how long, who’s in the chair. Clients per tech, average wait, walk-aways and your busiest hours, so you staff Saturdays right.
After the visit, clients rate it. You see stars and comments for each tech.
The money
Texting walk-ins costs too much. So we don’t.
A busy salon sees 100 walk-ins a day. A texting app sends each one about three texts. At 3¢ a text, 26 days a month, that’s the bill before the app’s own plan. Next sends no texts: the smart pass does that job, with nothing per message and no number to give.
a year, at 100 walk-ins a day
a year for everything. $0 in texts, ever.
A texting app’s published US price of 3¢ a text, October 2026.
Built for how nail salons work
Everything a nail salon needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Each tech signs in on their own and handles their own clients. You still see every tech’s clients and stars.
Say who does what. Only the techs who do full sets and fills show up for one.
Someone walks up without scanning? Add them with a tap and call their name out loud as always.
Your sign, your banner and your colors on every pass.
Each client sees the pass in their own language, from English and Spanish to Vietnamese and Korean. Your salon’s words are translated too.
Name your salon, add your services and your techs, print the sign. No tablet, no contract.
80% of customers will wait 15 minutes at most in person, and 61% have left a business before their turn (Waitwhile). More small business statistics →
