Who it’s for · Luxury retail
Walk-ins for luxury retail. Every client welcomed in turn.
The walk-in waitlist and check-in app for luxury boutiques. Clients scan the sign at the door, pick what they came for (shopping, an order pickup, after-sales care or personalization), and get a smart pass with their place and a real wait. They keep shopping until a client advisor is ready. No texts to pay for.

Holiday shopping. Five advisors, every one with a client.
They pick what they came for.
The host’s stand at the door has one QR code. Clients scan it and pick Shop the Boutique, Order Pickup, After-Sales Care or Personalization. Each one shows its own real wait.
A quick pickup never shares one guess with a long shopping visit, and the host stops repeating the wait to everyone at the door.

They keep shopping.
The smart pass shows their place and a real wait, and it updates on its own. Clients browse nearby or grab a coffee instead of standing at the door.
When an advisor is ready, the pass turns green and says so. It carries your logo and colors, works in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and speaks ten languages.
You tap Notify when an advisor is free.
The host sees every client waiting, what they came for and how long they’ve waited. Tap Notify and their pass invites them in. Tap Serving when they’re with an advisor and Done when they leave.
Advisors mark themselves Here, On break or Off, and the waits follow.

You see the whole boutique from your pocket.
Clients served, average wait, walk-aways and your busiest hours, so you staff weekends right. Every visit type with its real average time.
After the visit, clients rate it. You see stars and comments for each advisor.
The money
Texting walk-ins costs too much. So we don’t.
A busy boutique sees 80 walk-ins a day. A texting app sends each one about three texts. At 3¢ a text, 26 days a month, that’s the bill before the app’s own plan. Next sends no texts: the smart pass does that job, with nothing per message and no number to give.
a year, at 80 walk-ins a day
a year for everything. $0 in texts, ever.
A texting app’s published US price of 3¢ a text, October 2026.
Built for how luxury boutiques work
Everything a boutique needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
No crowd at the entrance. Clients wait wherever they like and come in when it’s their turn.
Shopping, pickups, after-sales and personalization each carry their own minutes, so the wait is honest.
Your logo, your banner and your colors on the sign and the pass.
Travelers see the pass in their own language, from Chinese and Japanese to French and German. Your boutique’s words are translated too.
A client walks up without scanning? Add them with a tap.
Name your boutique, add your visit types, print the sign. No tablet, no contract.
